For obvious reasons we can not guarantee your satisfaction as this is a do it yourself kit, and your results are %100 up to you, the end user, following the instructions and starting with the correct choices. 

I have been in the polishing an drestoration business for 30 years. I can buy direct from the overseas manufacturers at aafraction of the cost of reatil stores.

Sipping is included in our DIY Kits only. Everything else on the site requires the standard carrier shipping rates.
